## 1. Intellectual Property & Intellectual Ownership

All content included on this Website—including but not limited to the PawsAtelier brand name, typography, integrated paw-print logo, product photography, website layout, Tailwind CSS configurations, graphic designs, text, and custom product concepts—is the exclusive intellectual property of PawsAtelier or its content suppliers.

  • Copyright Protection: All content is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Prohibited Use: Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, scraping, or commercial exploitation of our designs, images, or brand assets without express written consent from us is strictly prohibited and will be met with immediate legal action.

## 2. Bespoke & Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

At PawsAtelier, our premium products (including but not limited to velvet/corduroy collars, engraved brass tags, and tactical harnesses) are custom-made and finished by hand.

  • Minor Variations: Because each item is unique and handcrafted, minor variations in fabric texture, color saturation (due to screen resolutions), stitching alignment, or laser engraving depth may occur. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects but are the hallmarks of authentic artisanal craftsmanship.

  • Material Natural Aging: Solid brass components (such as our premium buckles and tags) will naturally develop a vintage patina over time due to exposure to air and moisture. This is a natural characteristic of high-quality brass and does not constitute a legal ground for a defect claim.

## 3. Customer Responsibility for Custom Information

We craft exactly what you request. When placing an order for a personalized item, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted information, including pet names, phone numbers, sizing measurements, and custom symbols.

  • No Liability for Typos: PawsAtelier holds no legal or financial liability for errors, typos, or incorrect sizes submitted by the customer.

  • Cancellation Window: Because customization begins shortly after an order is placed, any modifications or cancellations must be requested via email within [6 hours] of purchase. Once the raw materials are cut or engraved, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or altered.

## 4. Limitation of Liability & Pet Safety

While we source premium, military-grade materials and solid brass hardware for our tactical harnesses and collars, pet safety is ultimately the pet owner's responsibility.

  • Proper Usage: Customers are required to inspect gear regularly for wear and tear. PawsAtelier shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, loss of pets, or legal claims resulting from the misuse, breakage, or improper fit of our products.

  • No product is 100% indestructible. If your pet is an aggressive chewer or has extreme behavioral tendencies, please use our products under supervision.

## 5. Return & Refund Legal Restrictions

In strict accordance with international e-commerce laws regarding personalized goods:

  • Custom Items: Products that have been personalized, custom-sized, or engraved cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a clear manufacturing error made on our part (e.g., we misspelled a name that you spelled correctly in the order form).

  • Non-Custom Items: For non-personalized items, returns are accepted within [14] days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and free of pet hair. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
